Saint Dominic's Home is committed to providing caring, respectfully delivered services to individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in a personalized and professional manner.

The Developmental Disabilities Department provides therapeutic residential programs for severe to mild mentally retarded adults and children. Children and adults with a wide range of developmental disabilities are served through our Intermediate Care Facilities, Individualized Residential Alternatives, Day Habilitation Program, Service Coordination and Community In-Home Services. We have locations in Rockland County, Orange County and the Bronx, New York.

At our Blauvelt location we also offer Day Habilitation services in a program which provides an individualized, community-based, person centered and person driven service for each individual.

Community in-Home Services, Respite, Residential Habilitation and Service Coordination is offered to individuals living at home.

All of Saint Dominic's Home services for individuals with developmental disabilities adhere to the philosophy of "person-centered planning."
