Human Resources Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide quality service in support of agency staff and programs. This is achieved by meeting agency staffing needs, providing assistance and support, while maintaining an environment where all are treated with respect, kindness, fairness, and dignity.

Saint Dominic's Home Mission
Saint Dominic’s Home is a Catholic agency dedicated to meet the educational, physical, social, emotional, medical, vocational and spiritual needs of individuals and families of all backgrounds who are developmentally disabled, socially disadvantaged and or vocationally challenged.

Through a broad spectrum of programs, comprehensive services are provided to children, adolescents, adults and families who have special needs and challenges so that their full potential may be achieved.
These services reflect each individual's and family's right to self-determination and participation in the wider community.

Saint Dominic's Home Vision
To enable each person to live and thrive in a permanent family centered environment that will nurture individual growth and maximize independence and the achievement of one's potential.

Saint Dominic's Home Values
Compassion
We bring compassion to work every day for the people we serve and likewise we have compassion for our employees who give so much of themselves.

Dignity
We believe that dignity is a cherished inherent right of all individuals and we strive to see that it is a priority in all that we do

Family
For us family has many meanings. We are committed to helping families stay together and providing services with a family focus approach.

Trust
We are entrusted every day by families, parents, and our partner agencies to care for children and adults. We work hard to earn and sustain that trust.

Potential
At the core of our mission and existence is to believe in the potential of all the children, adolescents, adults and families we serve regardless of their needs.

Hope
We dedicate ourselves to providing meaningful futures of hope for all of the people we serve
